Cherry Creek North, Denver. Injectables and facial aesthetics.
Every treatment starts with the Face Map: thirty minutes, photographs, and a written plan with the dose and the price. Nothing is injected until you have read it.
or call (720) 555-0142
Physician-directed. Nurse practitioner and registered nurse injectors. A refinement visit two weeks later, included.
The Face Map
Three steps. The needle is not one of them.
-
Photograph
Standard angles, same light every time, so what we recommend is based on your face at rest and in motion, not on a mirror and a guess.
-
Plan
A written plan: what we recommend, how many units or how much filler, where, and the total price. You take it home. Nothing happens on the day unless you want it to.
-
Refine
Two weeks after any treatment you come back. We look at the photographs together and adjust, if anything needs adjusting. That visit is included, not sold.
Published pricing
Pricing is fictional for this concept site. Results vary from person to person.
The price in your plan is the price you pay.
Denver med spas tend to publish a per-unit price and then add syringes in the room. We publish the per-unit price and the plan sets the number. There is nothing to add in the room.
Plan sheet Published prices, fictional
- Wrinkle relaxers
- $13 per unit
- Lip and dermal filler
- $749 per syringe
- The Face Map consultation
- 30 minutes, complimentary
- Refinement visit
- Day 14, included
Medical, always
Nothing here is a claim of outcome. It is who is in the room.
Who is holding the needle, and who is in the building.
A physician medical director on site
Dr. Elena Marchetti, MD, founded the studio and is in the building during treatment hours. Every protocol an injector follows is hers.
Nurse practitioner and registered nurse injectors
Priya Natarajan, NP-C, writes the plans and injects. Jordan Whitfield, RN, injects under physician delegation. Nobody else does.
Colorado rules, followed to the letter
Injecting is the practice of medicine in Colorado. Delegation, supervision and prescribing are set up the way the rules require, and we will show you how if you ask.
Reversal agent and an emergency protocol in every room
Hyaluronidase is stocked in every treatment room, the team drills the vascular occlusion protocol, and we will decline a treatment that is not right for you.
The team
Every person is fictional and generated for this concept site.
Five people. You will meet most of them on your first visit.
What people say they wanted
From Denver review themes and forum threads, rewritten as examples.
The things that matter, in the order they matter.
Illustrative stories. Velvet Fern is a fictional studio; these are written examples, not patient reviews.
I came in sure I needed a full syringe. The plan said half. It was right, and nobody tried to talk me up.
Everything was explained before anything happened. I had the plan on paper and I went home to think. I came back a week later.
The two-week visit is the thing. A small adjustment, no awkward conversation, no second bill.

Questions people ask before they book
Will I look done?
That is the outcome we plan against. Doses are set conservatively in writing, and the two-week refinement visit exists so we can add a little rather than take a lot away. If you want less than the plan suggests, we do less.
How many units will I need?
It depends on the strength of the muscles and what you want to keep moving. Many first-time patients need fewer units than they expect. The plan tells you the number and the price before anything is injected. Our guide on units explains the typical ranges.
What if I do not like the result?
You come back at two weeks and we look at the photographs together. Adjustments at that visit are included. Filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed, and we keep it in every room.
Who will inject me?
A nurse practitioner or a registered nurse working under the physician medical director, and you will know which before you book. Nobody without a clinical license injects at Velvet Fern.
What does it cost?
Wrinkle relaxers are $13 per unit, dermal and lip filler from $749 per syringe, biostimulators from $899 per vial and skin boosters from $649 per session. The Face Map consultation and the refinement visit are included. All prices are fictional for this concept site.
Does it hurt, and will I bruise?
Most people describe a brief sting. We use topical numbing, ice and a slow technique with as few injection points as the plan allows. Bruising is possible with any injection and usually settles within a week. We will tell you what to avoid beforehand to reduce it.

Complimentary, thirty minutes
Start with a plan, not a needle.
Thirty minutes with a nurse practitioner, complimentary. You leave with a written plan whether or not you book a treatment.
